saw multiple times last night where (what looked like horse shit) offensive fouls were called on the celtics when lowry jumped in front of someone and got a charge called, even though his feet clearly werent planted

did they change what constitutes a charge/offensive foul or was that just more shitty foul calls?

They changed it to help the Celties
Celties were getting away with it but it got too egregious so they started to call it on them too
