Teams usually do pretty well the first game after firing their head coach though lol. So it's probably a bad spot for the Sixers here.

I think it's a pro sports thing in general. Usually they rally behind the new coach, fresh face, feeling like a new team, etc.

Then at some point crash back to earth, most of the time.
