I personally didnt think the foul was too egregious by Morris and it kind of makes sense to foul with a man down, plus points for Morris

BUT you are also down twenty points and the hands were a little high so Morris loses points on those fronts

Jokic is bodying the team so he loses points immediately for losing his cool when he is up seventeen and at home game is essentially over\ and he is about to be pulled out he shouldn't be acting like this. Big minus for Jokic.

By tallying up the grievances I would suggest that Jokic is very much in the wrong and should be fined and suspended no less than 3 games for how he acted. Probably more. Thats not safe. He could have seriously hurt Morris.
