Pippen is saying MJ wouldn't be MJ without him. All evidence proves that. Especially that in his prime he didn't want to go for a 7th championship without Pippen.
Jordan went 38-44, 30-52, and 40-42 in the three seasons prior to Pippen arriving in Chicago. Jordan lost in the first round each of those three seasons.
They needed each other, and it's pretty obvious Pippen is tired of people acting like MJ did it by himself or was some god. Pippen is one of the 20 best players to ever play the game.
