Also, the fuck are you talking about? Teams like the Knicks, Hornets, etc. "tanked" for like 10 years and been in the gutter while the Sixers literally tanked for 3 years, that's it.

Funny enough, people talk about how the Sixers tanked forever blah blah blah (really it was 3 years, the length of Hinkie's tenure before Colangelo showed up and fucked everything up). Had the NBA not intervened and forced Hinkie out and forced Colangelo into that role, the Sixers would probably be in MUCH better position now. Luckily we got Hinkie Senior aka Daryl Morey in office now and he's great at his job.

Knicks had 5 straight years with a top 10 draft pick from 2015-2020: Porzingis, Frank Ntilikina, Kevin Knox, RJ Barrett, Obi Toppin. lmao...

Lakers also had 4 straight years of a top 7 pick and 5 in 6 years of having a top 7 pick from 2014-2019: #7, #2, #2, #2, #4 in a 6 year span and NONE of them panned out for the Lakers, they had to have a free agent like LeBron show up to turn the franchise around which allowed someone like AD actually want to play for the Lakers and allow a trade there. The Lakers drafted horribly, but LeBron single handedly saved that franchise.



Sixers are the only ones that drafted home grown All-Stars. They've had TWO All-Stars each of the past 3 seasons. Messed up on some picks (Fultz, Okafor) but also nailed a few as well, despite the current situation with Simmons he has still panned out to be a much better player than anyone the Knicks or Lakers drafted and had play for them.
