Sounds about right that deal is ass. Jalen Suggs at 4 might be better for a franchise alone.

Morey shooting his shot, not giving a fuck. I like it though, he's swinging for the fences and isn't just trading just to trade. Improving the team and getting a big piece in return is the key. He's honestly probably just continuing to set the bar high to make sure the asking price is known as he did before.

If Toronto offered the Sixers that package last year you would have said it wasn't enough.

Time is on their side, as i've said since the jump they don't need to move Simmons for nothing.

Would we like this to get resolved asap? Abso-fucking-lutely. Do they need to trade him right now just to trade him and not care about the return? Nope. His value is as low as it's going to get right now after that second round performance and these "reports" of him not responding to the team. Why would they rush to trade him now for less than what he's worth? He's under contract for a very long time, at the end of the day the Sixers can hold out until closer to the season and let someone like Dame return from the Olympics and request a trade out of Portland.

Morey knows how to wheel and deal, he won't let this team get fucked over like BB would have done.
