The time between Mega's thread and Izzo being locked was approximately 2.5 hours. Excluding the serial scammers, this is record time for a typical S/A case to be resolved. I do not want to speculate,
but it seems that Izzo's attitude/exchanges exacerbated the situation. While Izzo's demeanor was wrong, the leader of an S/A forum should not let someone get under their skin AND lead to an expedited lock. A full investigation should be warranted.

Agreed, but saying you try to respect them is asinine. EErock never reached out to anyone on this subforum. He never sought confirmation as to whether it was a legit bet or not. He played judge, jury, and executioner in 2.5 hours without any effort to "try" and respect our rules. Can you site the specific d2jsp rules and policies that governed EErock's decision? We are especially eager to see these rules and how they were applied to Izzo's case.

You fully justified his lock which STILL invalidates the confirmed rule
You unlock him but still say that he was guilty.

This is such a shame. You guys literally had the opportunity of a lifetime to support us and you still managed to mess that up. Unlocking Izzo is a poor attempt to satiate us. The entire locking process was not justified. Then you double down on it, but unlock him quickly because why? You finally, at the last possible moment, take our unofficial rules into consideration. Lol.

Recently (4-5 years ago), the s/a team started locking bettors who stole u/f fg.
And now, you are enacting d2jsp policies that directly violate our cardinal rules.

Here is a solution:

Help us
Do you think we want a freaking list? Provide us with betting rules and bet mediators.
If you can't provide us with betting rules or mediators due to legal issues, tell us how we can modify our existing rules so we can avoid this in the future. We cannot and will not have one of our core betting rules be invalidated again.
All of this mess could/can be entirely avoided.

Don't assume you had no role in this mess. You used vague language in a bet when you clearly know better. You then escalated an issue with eerock. You are on our list and you represent us. Act better. Be better. Follow our rules.
