This makes Harden's best scoring seasons look even better with greater ppm on higher mpg. Before the actualized trade, I was hoping he'd land on the somehow-still-retaining-Ben-Simmons Sixers.

Yep, Harden scored almost a point per minute a couple of years ago in Houston.

Would be insane with Harden and Embiid together, but Simmons has been going crazy since that Harden/Simmons trade rumor and has put that regret to rest.

Last 10 games Simmons is averaging 22/7/7 on 65% FG and 75% FT while playing the best defense in the league. He turned his season around fast after a slow couple of weeks to start. 👀
