Source tells @TheAthletic that Billy Donovan, who has parted ways with OKC, is expected to be a candidate for the Sixers’ opening. Clippers assistant Ty Lue, as has been reported, also among the candidates.

Billy is decent. He was pretty fucking mediocre his first few years there but last couple he stepped it up.

Thought he'd have been brought back for sure. He probably becomes one of the best HC candidates available.

I think it was a mutual agreement to part ways. It sounds like OKC plans to blow things up and has a different route they plan to take that he didn't agree with.
