ya it doesnt look good. im actually on the owners side for this one i think, a hard cap would be good for the nba. 45 mil is ridiculous but im not surprised. they are throwing a lowball offer out to to try to negotiate somewhere in the middle. 45 is insulting tho, this is likely to take a long time

The owners just like the NFL are prepared to sit on their hands for as long as they need to until the players eventually fold & give in... it's so pathetic... fucking billionaires.... can't believe this shit is still an issue

Such a low cap will ruin the NBA... there would be really good teams & really really bad teams for a loooong time

i remember hearing the owners/stern saying 75 mil was a target when this talk 1st started
75 seems ok ( even 65 ish )

but 45 is absurd.. kobe raked in 24.xxx mil this year lol

Players make to mcuh money anyway. but yes 45 is low.

With a low cap we'll finally see basketball players play the game because they want to be on the court, not for the money.
