Sounds like a mutually beneficial deal. OKC can’t pay Chet JDub and SGA 162 million while still filling out all their role players like Hartenstein, Caruso, etc

That $162 million price tag starts in 2027. With Chet getting exposed worse than many other stars (LeBron vs Dallas and The Admiral vs Hakeem) I think OKC will want to get off Chet’s max 25% of the cap. JDub being injury riddled also makes him a better upside gamble for the Bucks than OKC hoping he’s fine for a run
