Steve Ballmer gave Kawhi a fraudulent $28 million dollar contract for some bogus tree planting company as a way to circumvent the salary cap. Hopefully Steve Ballmer, the Clippers, and Kawhi get a severe punishment because this is pretty blatant cheating.
