No they're not, and if they are (in the regular season) it's ONLY because Embiid and PG will probably miss half the season lol. And even then, they may still not be better than the Sixers 😂
Last season, Embiid only played in 39 regular season games, missing more than half the season. The Sixers still finished with the same record as the Cavs, Pacers, and Magic and only a couple of games behind the Knicks and Bucks for a top 2 seed. And now this Sixers team around Embiid is a lot better equipped to handle his absence.
Cleveland was decimated by injuries all year and still finished ahead of the 76ers last season. They have a rising star in Mobley. Lots of really good young players that could see a bump as well like Allen, Garland, and Okoro.
Milwaukee didn't have the injury bug as bad, but they did miss a significant amount of games between their top 3 and still finished with a top seed as well
and yes, I'm saying they will finish ahead of Philly and Indy regular season standing
Embiid can play a maximum of 68 games if he is sitting out of all b2bs, we also know he rarely ever plays games at altitude so that's another few games knocked off. then whatever injuries he has to deal with
realistically Embiid plays 60 or less games and PG13 is already dealing with hyperextended knee
Indy is mega overrated
