H2H league with some extra fantasy scoring incentives (5 pts for a triple-double 2.5 for DD,] 0.5 additional for an offensive rebound, etc)

Typically like a 75% return rate of the same homies competing every year with principally same scoring system.
I have updated a few things this year;

Changed number of slots for Injured Reserve from 1 to 3.
Changed scoring category Offensive Rebounds from .40 to .50 points.
Changed scoring category Three Pointers Made from 1.70 to 2.00 points.
Changed scoring category Triple Doubles from 4.00 to 5.00 points.
Changed scoring category Double Doubles from 2.00 to 2.50 points.
Changed scoring category Blocks from 1.00 to 2.00 points.
Changed scoring category Team Wins from 1.50 to 2.00 points.
Changed scoring category Assists from 1.00 to 2.00 points.
Changed scoring category Steals from 1.00 to 2.00 points.
Removed scoring category Flagrant Fouls.
Removed scoring category Ejections.
Removed scoring category Technical Fouls.
