I think the bigger issue is holding onto a lot of old and slow players out loyalty. Khris is way too slow, Pat C is way too slow, Brook will get played off the floor unless a team plays big, Portis is too much of a tweener


The interviews Doc has responded in lately, he says that it falls on him to fix the ball movement and effort. Pat Beverly was a nice add to bring a spirit of tenacity to the team, so they miss his leadership on the court. When the Bucks won it was PJ Tucker in that role

I think it's absolutely true that the Bucks have looked disinterested, slow, and sloppy. Being slow footed is to be expected with an aging roster. Though being disinterested and sloppy as if they are the 2018 Cavs who can flip a switch at any time? I mean... they were never catching the Celtics anyways so does it really matter if they flounder these games?

to be fair I've said for months now that the Bucks are not a serious title team as well. they are a 1st or 2nd round exit team unless Lillard plays like a superstar again

They're only 7th season because Embiid has been out for much of the season lmao. They're literally the second best team in the conference when healthy, which they mostly are now.

With Embiid playing: 29-8
With Embiid NOT playing: 15-27

They're 5-0 since his return. Its not that complicated, this team is REALLY good with the reigning MVP in the lineup.
