The big difference was Wiggins was super hyped in high school but was sort of a letdown in college. Zion was super hyped up in high school but he exceeded that hype in college. RJ was seen as a better prospect than him before college and only after a handful of games, the narrative flipped.
Randle and Bennett are very lazy comparison that people make just because they look similar. Zion's feel for the game and ball IQ is several tiers higher than Randle and is a much better athlete.
Usually hyped up players that doesn't meet the expectation in the NBA either doesn't pass the eye test or the advanced metrics but Zion passes both.
