Again another difference is that Giannis was the leader of teams contending for Championships. It made sense to load manage Giannis a few regular season games to have him as close to healthy as possible for a playoff push. Giannis also plays hard for random regular season games more often than most stars. I think Giannis' injuries have been mostly self induced because he is trying to hero ball too much. To me the durability Giannis has displayed is clearly in a different category than Embiid and KP, look how he came back from a gruesome injury to lay down a 50 burger in a Chip sealing win.

Fair enough. It's not fair to compare their durability because Giannis will available when it matters and Porzingis is a total ?

But again, I am just trying to show that avg games played(reg season obv) recently isn't that insane of a difference

No doubt Giannis is way ahead of those guys

They have been needing to make a move since they acquired him, so no need to panic because he is missing 1 1/2 games for now...
Imagine if they kept Rob as his backup?

Regular season games since 2020

Zingis 216
Embiid 236
Giannis 254

Is the difference that crazy?
Porzingis didn't finish the 2020 playoffs, but played the 7 games series the following season

I won't argue that Porzingis is more likely than anyone to be done for the season because he is....but those guys aren't playing that much more considering just how injury prone Kristaps is. Embiid only 5 games? Really?
The number should be much larger, no?

You act like half of those games missed from Embiid weren't just rest lol

What’s it matter why he missed?

He misses games. Plain and simple. If he doesn’t rest, he probably gets injured even more…. Or performs at a way lower standard.

So you act like Embiid missing games is a good thing

Edit: and truth be told, sitting out for rest is actually pathetic. Is this supposed to be some prestigious thing or something?

Sitting out for rest wasn't his choice. It was the coaching staff and organization, which Embiid was openly against. Their goal was to ensure he's healthy for what matters...the playoffs.

Nick Nurse has a different approach. He said Embiid will play more, which he has (he has only missed 1 game so far this season). This despite the fact that the 76ers have had the most b2b games so far too.

It has been made clear that resting players for games doesn't change much in preventing injury. The Clippers are a perfect example, and they've learned (Kawhi hasn't missed a game yet this season).

Was a great team game. Gonna be good when KP is back

Sam Hauser is really underrated at EVERYTHING he does.

Very very solid defender and rebounder. Nice to see him actually collect 10 boards tonight because he really does read them off the rim nicely on both offensive and defensive boards

And the put back too

Flagrant LOOOOOOOOOOOOL

3 Free points + Tatum ejected because refs don't know how to just call an offensive foul
