Sorry, quoted my post about San Diego a few up and then deleted the whole thing. Was looking at SDSU but the game had already started. San Diego was conveniently playing as well after so I just went with that.

Hate to be the bringer of bad news but this wager was invalid.

All wagers are voided if not sent upfront. (Unless clearance was given)
*There will be no exceptions to this rule to avoid any judgement calls.

Rules changed on December 7th when I created a new thread specifically for the rules change. If you have any of those gold logs on or after December 7th. I will honor the wager.

The last wager you placed according to my gold logs was 6/23/21. I have had to change rules around because of welches and other issues.

you had to change the rules to omit people who have already honored paying you without sending upfront?

that to me makes no sense but you've got your rule to cover you.

2nd half I'm assuming. I'll take it as 2nd half.

normally paid after he lost. He did not the last time.

Then with d2r coming out there were lots of people I didn't recognize but they had accounts of 5+ years old and I was stuck trying to decide which ones are good for it and which ones aren't. Then other people wanted to complain if I charged them for a loss. Then other people would say they "forgot" to send. So I didn't have to a choice and have went to a straight rule with no exceptions.

It sucks for you today that you won the wager but you were not cheated in anyway. You could not have been charged if it lost.
