Would rather have both the sixth pick & pick up klove next year. Although if I had to choose between exum and love, I'd choose exum.
But what if we do trade for klove? Klove wants to win now, so why would we want another dwightmare scenario if we have another disappointing year and klove decides to leave next year. Then we'd have no love and no pick.

Lakers aren't going to get Love if they don't get assurances that he will sign an extension. Keep the following things in mind
  • Kevin Love played at UCLA.
  • Born and raised in California.
  • Will make more money here than any other place, other than maybe New York.
  • Becomes the centre of the franchise in just two years when Kobe exits.
  • It's the Lakers.

Also, I firmly believe Mitch is going to try and win it in 14/15. There's no such thing as off years for us.

I'd still love to get Zach LaVine if we fall out of the top 5. But I agree. I'd gladly trade our first rounder for Lovebug.
