I saw a pretty funny youtube video on spreads that came out of nowhere to go the other way.

One was the Ravens/Vikings game from a couple years back that had like 5 TDs in the final 2 minutes of an otherwise very low scoring snowy game lol.

Went from 13 total points to 55 in the final 125 seconds
