Treatment
Surgery is needed for patients who fall into the high or moderate risk category based on job, recreational, and/or athletic demands. Surgery may be considered for patients who are not at high risk but who experience symptoms during everyday activities, such as walking on uneven surfaces and performing simple twisting maneuvers. Before surgery, it is necessary to establish whether there is a full range of motion in the knee; if there is significant atrophy of the quadriceps and hamstrings, an intensive retraining period should be instituted before surgery.

It is not uncommon for patients with ACL-deficient knees to have had multiple procedures to remove articular or meniscal cartilage fragments. With the loss of these secondary restraints, the knee becomes more unstable, and the patient may become a surgical candidate based on overall knee instability. Physical therapy may help enhance balance and proprioception.

Any knee injury for an athlete is scary, don't wish it on anyone. But if I'm the owners of the Warriors, playoffs be damned. Curry's knee is 100% healthy or he doesn't play again this season.
They are different players but Derrick Rose suffered a grade 1 MCL Sprain. Everyone knows what then happened to him against Philly after that sprain.

People really should use google before they talk to me.
He battled ankle injuries and a grade 1 mcl sprain to the opposite knee he injuried.... He played 39 games in the 11-12 season..... Jesus it's not hard.
Even whatever news people the Warriors use have mentioned this on the internet. Hell even Wiki says it.

so, um yes. use the internet.

fucking provide a link then. "Derrick Rose MCL Sprain" or "Derrick Rose Grade 1 MCL Sprain" didn't bring up anything on it. It's not in his wiki page as you mentioned, nor is it in this piece about all of his injuries: http://www.nydailynews.com/sports/basketball/injuries-scarred-derrick-rose-career-article-1.2380299
