You did make it seem like they wouldnt give up much more than Simmons tho. Curry Drummond Simmons and picks is more than you made it seem theyd need to give up for Lillard or Harden + filler coming back.

Drummond was a 1 year contract on a vet minimum who has played 18 minutes per game this season lol, is that really worth mentioning? I mean he gave productive minutes and was a good backup to Embiid, but that can easily be filled in buyout market or even Millsap who they also acquired in the deal (and Doc said he plans to use as a backup 5).

Seth is really the only loss, and that's easily absorbed when we consider the fact that neither Maxey or Thybulle had to be included in the deal. We knew for a while now that it wouldn't just be Simmons for Harden straight up, but most just wanted to avoid losing the young guys and they did a good job of that.

Give me a break. If the Sixers want this guy back so badly they could resign him in the off-season, if they truly cannot live without the guy. They gave up a nice shooter, some late picks, and replaced the shooter in the starting lineup with James Harden

He was right about a single unprotected first which we know for a fact will be late, the 2022 pick. The 2027 is protected
