First off Trent Jr is going to get paid this off season. He bet on himself after the bubble. Guy has been showing out sense about 10 games left before covid cancelled the season. His bubble play was ridiculous.

Secondly you haven't been watching the right stuff if you're talking about Portland.
They're installing a new defensive scheme. If you noticed(Ha like casuals notice) Portland didn't drop the big every P&R like they have sense Stotts took the job.
It's a completely new scheme and while Portland has 9 players returning from last season. Three of those 9 were out for majority of 19-20 season. Simons is returning but he won't have many minutes as he's a year or two away still. Melo defense LOL.
Third. Portland just held the Lakers to how many points in a W? DJJ and Roco provided basically nothing offensively. Yet they showed out defensively.
Again this is a make or miss league. Lakers made shots early, Portland missed shots and turned it over. Credit to the lakers defense for the turnovers.
