At the end of the day it's beginning bettors responsibilities to read the betting guide before posting.

It sucks if they get scammed... But if they decide to not use a med and/or not read the rules and get scammed on a technicality.... Then they have to learn their lesson the hard way.

Yep its their fault they don't have mind reading powers to know there are dumb rules and that other people follow rules that don't make sense.

Whether you think its reasonable or not to expect everyone to have those powers and to dig up lists from years ago that may or may not be valid, it does not mean we couldn't also take steps to remedy the problem.

Its very possible to make the rules easier and more conducive with common sense.
Just change the rules to simply require a confirmation, rather than the exact word 'confirmed' (or abbreviation)

"Common sense" leaves too many subjective situations.

The point of the rules are that a bet is black and white, it was either confirmed or it wasn't. There's 0 opinions or personal preferences or personal ideas of "common sense."

Edit: what you'll end up with is one guy "dude it was a bet" and the other guy "dude it wasn't." And then a huge problem because there's no black and white rules on what's a bet and what isn't.
