Lets be clear here. The job of list runner is a thankless job and I am glad there are checks and balances (voting system), but there needs to be protocol in special cases. Police just don't go out and arrest people if they don't have any evidence.
They detain people with probable cause, which that situation resembled in my opinion.
And like others have said earlier, the system corrected itself. I can't fault them for being cautious as long as the right decision was made in the end.
