Now we're throwing the Pacers into the mix? Bruh....

I’ll wager that Haliburton and Mathurin accomplish more as a duo than Embiid and Simmons ever did, altho its not a high bar since getting out of the semis would qualify 😂

Why would I care about accomplishing more than Ben Simmons did? Fuck that guy. Although it's hard to accomplish more than he did in his first 4 seasons playing (3x All-Star, 1x All-NBA, 2x All-Defense 1st team). That was it for him though, now he's going into next season competing for a starting spot in Brooklyn rofl.

Anyways, you're now throwing a 35 win team into this conversation so I don't know where the fuck this is going. Seems like you're just reaching for straws tbh....

What I’m saying is as a fan of basketball I would be more excited as a Pacers fan than as a 76ers fan. To me it seems blatantly obvious that the 76ers are a treadmill team, which is ironic because they went into perpetual tanking to supersede 2nd rd exits but here we are. At least Embiid is flashier sometimes than Iggys ugly ass end game offense?

Btw as a side note, how many 1st teams / All-NBAs has Middleton got in his career? Pretty sure 0 but Giannis did win a title with him as the #2

You're talking like it's dooms day lol

Many teams would kill to be in the position the Sixers are in lol. The reigning MVP and b2b scoring champion, along with Tyrese Maxey? And the ability to have two max salary slots next off-season? Yeah, it aint all that bad lol.

I mean are we just acting like all-nba isn't a regular season award, or? That's why Ben Simmons got one, because he sure as shit wasn't All-NBA in the playoffs LOL.

Middleton elevated his game to star/superstar status in the playoffs for the Bucks during that Championship run. Man went bonkers with the clutch shots...

I’m just saying Embiid has played with multiple All-NBA / 1st team running mates (Simmons, Butler, and Harden) yet somehow never breaks the 2nd rd barrier. Giannis has had 0 running mates earn those honors and has won a title and a run to the ECF, all while being younger than Embiid (dont say Giannis has played basketball longer because Embiid was playing way before Giannis pre-NBA)
