Brad putting in some work , undoing some of ainge’s mistakes the last couple of years. Just hope we keep this defensive intensity up.

Feel like Brad has made some blunders today tbh. Happy with White and Theis, but didn’t need to give up that much I don’t think…

What was the Lakers offer? Wayne Ellington and a 2nd?

If you've heard of anything else that was offered, please do share because no contending team was going to subtract to add Dennis and a trash team has no use for him.

Getting someone behind Rob Williams and Horford was very important. Added a solid 2 way reserve who already knows how to play with these guys.

I think we are setting ourselves up for next year. Where will horford be dumped?

Also do we bench horford start rob and theis?

Or smart-Derrick-brown-tatim-rob?

Starting 5 isn't going to change. Best defensive lineup in the league.

Theis just slides in for whoever comes out. Perfect fit playing next to either. Much better than the TT-Theis project :lol:

That defense might get even better with Horford to the bench and White in to close out games.

They traded a 1st and a right to swap. Idk what the offseason holds, but to me it shows that the Celtics aren't really chasing a 3rd star like many people believe.

Just focus on surrounding the Jay bros with the right pieces. Really don't need another mouth to feed.

I always hated when we saw glimpse of rob when Brad was coach. I always said rob should of had more time. It is what it is

Well, he also couldn't stay healthy, so that played a big part as to why. I do agree that it never made sense to have TT and Theis ahead of him.

They need to keep Rob and Horford fresh. I don't mind Theis getting 24 minutes on some nights so those guys can get their rest.
