No because Smart is either left wide open or always guarded by the opponent's worst defensive player
With Smart setting the screen, it's much easier for Tatum to get matched up with whichever scrub is guarding Smart
And that's the question Celtics fans have asked for years....why do Brown and Tatum almost NEVER set a pick for each other
The 2 best players do everything to not make each other better
