dwight howard looks like he wants to play for the lakers next year by the play he is playing

not even close to strait up, but cousins did move forward also, so why the no-call
kobe would of got that call easy...as well as most other "shooters" ....big guy forcing a long shot most likely will not get that call even though it was a foul

If you jump straight up its supposed to be a no-call.


well the reason why the shooter usually gets the call vs the big man is b/c usually when they call that foul its when they kinda jump into you to challenge the shot.
Hense why alot of those calls are made after like a one dribble pumpfake/or a defender closing out ~Leads them to slightly tilt their jump.
Its like how Harden gets alot of his calls. When he drives to the lane, he can initiate the contact b/c the big is not set in place (same concept as a non-straight up vertical contest for a shot give or take)

This looked like howard jumped straight up and Cousins jumped into him trying to initiate contact (like kicking out for shooters).

pretty sure howards left arm extended horizontally, dmc should have shot fts
but he would have bricked one anyway (thus forcing kobe to put it at a 3pt game again, and subsequently giving the kings one more game tying opportunity)

however as already explained, hes a big man and would rarely get that call (even though he did pump fake d12 outta position) while lunging forward to force the contact
and dmcs reputation doesnt help him much in those nitty gritty calls
he kept his cool pretty well tonight though
