Kemba Walker in his last eight games: 22.4 PPG, 43.7% FG, 40.8% 3pt, 94% FT, +7.9 net rating (1st on team). A closer look at his improved play and how it could impact Celtics trade deadline possibilities

A trade just might be possible
Please, give up whatever assets are required to get rid of him
Then they can make a big splash in the offseason(depending on return) with a max slot and TPE available

PLEASE

It astounds me how you guys want to give up Kemba an All-Star PG, who's been averaging those numbers, and you want to give up attaching assets, when he's been playing really good....

Truly amazing.

He isn't the problem.

We won't have a max slot even if we trade Kemba this year.... Literally, no point, our best bet is to build back up his value until some team trades for him next year. This year, we're already hard capped, even if we got rid of Kemba, we'd have less than $12 million to work with.

Also Kemba isn't a bad player by any means.

Timelord with 8/9/1 and 2 blocks in 9 mins against the Rockets.
Yes, I know it's the Rockets, but he really needs to be starting.

Kemba/Smart/Brown/JT/Timelord should be our starting 5 going forward.

Timelord is definitely not getting shipped out unless for an absolute stud or All-Star return.

Collins is an excellent player, but he's gonna want the max + he's an good off-ball threat, but cannot create offense for him.

He's a fantastic prospect, and if we're trading for someone like Collins or Jerami Grant, we're looking to keep Timelord as our starting C.

It's probably a combination of a young prospect like Langford or Nesmith + 2 FRP's and a choice between Semi or G. Will.
