Same rules as always, stack Tele sorc with the early items (insight, spirit sword, fcr rings/ammy, res charms etc.) while we split the late game drops evenly
As for the other sorcs, same as usual. Fire early, then we can respec for blizzard, lightning and fire later on as required. I’m not phased what sorc I play.
One of camel and noun will spec conc the other conviction and use the other situational auras at the time. Both holy fire early then respect into their late game builds from nm onwards
Trap sin aka sheriff junior knows the game. WoF early > lightning traps mid-late.
Barb BO and can afk leap. Ez no necro tho so barb will have to tank for us and probably spec natural resists and iron skin after BO and shout

You want the whole fucking squad going fire bro? 3 sorcs both palis and sin going fire at the start? I know it doesnt matter that much due to mercs and whatnot but at least one of us sorcs should go cold and another (depending on Jackson's build) max static asap
No reason to waste respecs
Especially considering the likelihood of people dropping out or getting taken away by the dystopian Australian gubmint because you haven't gotten your daily covid shot
We will need a light sorc (lightning) for hell since one of the palis will be an upgraded infinity and we all know how light sorcs do with that
So in my opinion we go static/tele then one of each element and save the respec for when we need it
