The cop had just pulled up on the scene and when he got there it was chaos family wasn't helping at all and he had to act fast yes he should've tased her and yes he should've just shot her one time in the arm/leg but meh that girl was aiming to kill she should've been smarter she was swinging a knife at a defenseless girl who was curling up never take matter's into your own hands the girl got in trouble for stealing right? Let the cops deal with it why try to end someone's life cause they stole and still I blame the family parents and they act like the girl did nothing wrong psh they were all in the wrong acting like a bunch of wild animals who don't know how to act handling the situation as immature as possible

Deadly force is to be met with deadly force, period. This isn't a movie, you don't shoot the weapon out of the persons hand. And a taser? Please, tasers don't do SHIT to people on drugs or when someone is amped up on adrenaline, we've seen time and time again where people just shake off a taser like it never hit them.

When that cop drew his gun he is shooting to hit center mass each and every time. When that girl attacked the other girl with a deadly weapon she had to be dropped and the quickest (and easiest to hit) way to do that is aim for center mess. If the cop had tried to use a taser or shoot for a leg and it didn't work, and the girl ended up stabbing and killing the other girl what would people say? The cop did what he had to do to save the life of the person being attacked, regardless of the situation that's what he saw and he reacted appropriately.
