Idk why we would be worried, as I pointed out before the Sixers have barely practiced. Doc Rivers said it best, they finally look like the 76ers in practice and not the "7 Sixers" because they had so few guys available recently. When they're all available they have yet to lose this season, but most importantly they're 10-2 when Embiid plays.

And once Seth Curry is back (likely on Friday) they'll be complete, he spaces the floor so much for them and is having a major career year as a starter now (over 30 MPG) averaging 17 PPG on 60% FG and 60% 3PT. His presence on the floor as a shooter and also a ball handler is a huge lift.


I guess we'll see what happens tomorrow if they look any sharper.

It’s not so much that Embiid doesn’t deserve them, but I seen Kemba and Jaylen getting hacked on a lot of drives as well and no calls.

Jaylen Brown literally drove through 3 defenders who all intentionally fouled him, and he gets thrown to the floor. No call.

An irl Philadelphia fan friend of mine tried to tell me that was good defense by Simmons....? I mean his recoveries were quick but he was side by side with Jaylen most of the time and his hand wasn’t anywhere close to contesting the actual release

It’s just Celtics things mate. As fans of this franchise we have to expect that we will never, ever get preferential treatment from the refs.

Even Jayson Tatum doesn’t get the respect other superstars like Giannis and KD get.

Good defense?? Team defense yes. Freeze at 2 seconds. Ben is still squared left while JB already crossed, forcing Dwight and Korkmaz to collapse

Yes, I told him he had <50 IQ. It was very poor individual defense by Simmons.


He definitely “clamped” Jaylen though :rolleyes: the Sixers actually played better when he was sitting in the 4th with 5 fouls :lol:

He looks so lost with the ball sometimes

I hate it when he has a midget on him, backs him down all the way into the paint but since it wasn't a free bully layup, he is forced to pass out because he can't hook or post fade. Killing the offense.

All he needs is a fucking baby hook and he is basically unguardable
