I have no clue how people are telling me they don't want to bring back Hayward...

This is the perfect guy you want on a team like ours... Great scorer, good play-maker, and best of all... Probably one of the most least selfish All-Stars I've ever seen in my days of watching basketball...

He just doesn't throw any teammates under the bus, he works hard, accepts responsibilities and takes criticism well...

In a league where there's so much ego, (*coughs* Simmons *coughs*,) watching Hayward play is almost refreshing in itself.

Would you bring him back if he was asking for a lot?

Define a lot.

If he's asking for max money, I'd show him the door.

If our team is serious about competing, I'd definitely throw like 25-28 million at Hayward.

That seems like crazy money versus his inconsistency as a player this year. He's done a little better as of late, but I think nearly everyone was expecting a better return from him.
