Why doesn't Brad use the timeout?
Why does Smart go up after the offensive rebound?
Tatum with an awful reverse layup and a kobe fader that lead to 2 free Kings buckets late. Wont blame him for not being able to get back to defend during the reverse layup, but his fader gave the Kings an open 3 because he chose to put his hands on his head instead of running back to guard HIS man
Very silly mistakes that totally killed us
I liked the decision of no time out by brad. It didn't allow the defense to set up properly and we got a very good look out of it. A floater is a pretty low % shot in general but thats just about the easiest one you will get in the NBA. Id take that shot over any other contested shot on the court (which you would very likely get if Brad called a timeout and Kings had a chance to set their defenss). It was actually perfectly coached by Brad and the execution was great other than the shot not falling.
I'm not 100% sure what you're talking about with the smart rebound but I think you're referring to where he got the board and commited the foul? Guess he thought he could get the quick bucket. I didn't think that was a foul on smart either. Pretty bad decision.
Can't argue with the bad Tatum shot decisions. But the game before was no different except he made them that time.
