We all know it's all about next offseason anyway, but they'll still probably win 50+ games this season even if Harden held out all year lolol. Remember they were doing just fine before trading for Harden when Simmons was holding out.

its a tough spot because their 2 main tradeable assets don't have suitors (Harden + Harris) it sounds like Morey is trying to get the maximum return for Harden right now, but don't expect it to look pretty when the dust settles lol

Harris is an expiring contract. He can be moved mid season to a team looking to shed cap pretty easily. Will Morey do that? We will see, but ONLY if it makes the team better long term. He has purposely maintained their current status to ensure they have a lot of cap space next offseason when they'll be able to sign two max slots. His goal all along has been to avoid taking on any long term contracts that will hold them back.

Who on here is worth a max? Let alone two of them. That's copium. Embiid is GONE.

He’s hoping someone locked up asks out like Dame just did. Nobody is coming to save Embiid in Philly, he will have to dip out. Dallas would be a good place for Embiid to play.

Well for starters, Maxey will get his max deal. He's the future of the franchise and if Harden doesn't play this season will put up monster numbers (will put up great numbers either way).

Secondly, there are ALWAYS players looking to move, teams looking to sell, etc. The 76ers are in GREAT shape when it comes to cap space after this season. I'm happy to not be locked down on shitty contracts like a lot of teams 🙌

This team is pretty good regardless. They'll still win 50 games and won't even be at full strength 🤣
