Already happened

Beal

Replace over the hill with injury prone

im not ecstatic about the signing but he was gonna get the max from someone if not us. better than nothing. im sure he'll at least have half a good year left in his broken down 23 year old body

Anyway, Wiz either need to make the playoffs or tank hard to secure success. Losing our next first rounder AND missing the playoffs would be such a kick in the balls

lmao reading the first few posts in this thread. there seems to be a pattern.....

We didn't get Horford, which I guess is not terrible because 1) he's pretty soft for a pf, 2) we would have overpaid, and 3) we still would not be contenders even with him on the roster.

However, we're not any better compared to last year. We're running smooth on that treadmill.

Honestly feel a little bad for Wall, since he's wasting the best years of his career with such a shitty team, although he's the one who chose to stay here.

I feel bad for Wall that he has such a shit GM. He's been here for 6 years steadily improving and Beal, who is slightly above average is the best player that they've been able to put next to him.

I really hope he doesn't leave when his contract is up but I wouldn't really blame him.

Interested to see the Wall vs Schroder matchup. Iirc, those two had some beef last year, since Schroder was getting cocky and Wall didn't like it lol.
