I just ordered some screens for my phone from hong kong. took me like 3 weeks to get them but they were 5 bucks a piece for "authentic" samsung screens. They may be real but I have no idea

everything is mad cheap in general, but also the amount you earn is less, but in general I would say the cost of living is around 25-40% of that in America. my rent is like 250 bucks a month, internet is about 17 bucks, phone bills are only prepaid and ABSURDLY cheap i put 20 bucks is my phone months ago and I still have almost half of it left. its like less than a penny a minute. a cheap chinese fast food meal can be like 1-2 dollars, a solid dinner like a sports bar type place can be like 5-10 dollars, really nice fancy dinner like 10-30 dollars.

Thats pretty cheap. Is it the same throught China or just where you are? Like in Minnesota the cost of living is like half of New York and shit.

only Shanghai and Beijing are expensive from what I have heard, other than that it's pretty cheap everywhere. but then again if you work in Beijing or Shanghai you get paid more so other way China > lol

by fast food do you mean american? if so we got KFC and McDonalds in my city that's about it, and KFC is not like our KFC back home. when I said chinese fast food I meant their equivalent like everyday shit except instead of chains they have like mom and pop stores everywhere that sell some basic everyday chinese dishes but they are crazy cheap and really good lol

yeah its often more sugary and oily, although they do have some foods similar to americanized chinese

KFC is like sandwiches, they have breakfast kind of like McDonalds, they have some friend chicken but no mac and cheese and mashed potatoes, no southern side dishes, and they have some chinese dishes like spicy shrimp and rice, it's weird lol
