I hate the fucking way the Lakers & The Nets got rid of young talented culture by either trades or not believing in the heart.

Lakers had BI, Lonzo, Kuzma, Randle, Hart, all as a good young cheap core & they sold out for LBJ & AD, gave up their heart & became a sell out to buy a ring.

Nets did the same getting Kyrie & KD & not believing in that BK team that had a heart with Dinwiddie, Levert, DLO, Allen, which by themselves went 42-40 without adding much of a team around them or fully throwing the keys at them. Now it’s an even bigger exodus of young talent.

Clippers looked like they were building a good team culture too and they sold out for PG & Kiwi. Now your probably going to see an exodus of Harrell, Lou, to go along with all the young buck in Shai Gilgeous and huge assortment of picks that they already got rid of for PG.

I don’t like how so many teams are just giving up on team culture & development of young talent. It’s not how you build continual success or a culture.
