Lets be clear here. The job of list runner is a thankless job and I am glad there are checks and balances (voting system), but there needs to be protocol in special cases. Police just don't go out and arrest people if they don't have any evidence.

I did the same thing to crash when he got hacked, part of what makes me good is I don't give a fuck who you are.



Ewok had sent 140k medded fg to prone to hold for him a week or so before this happened and I had issues with it, so I acted on the side of caution, maybe over reacted, but it is what it is. We are fine with how it all worked out, I have no problem with Ewok and he has no problem with me, sometimes shit needs to come oto a head to get our differences figured out, and voting with 40+ people is a great way to decided stuff.

Basically this.

I see a lot of "I's" for someone who got rid of the list runner having power.

I am always wary of a guy that "shadily" receives a trusted tag and then all of the sudden has a position of power.

Its just a warning. That is all from me.

I still do everything. I check the nomination threads, I keep all the records of meetings and welchers tagged, I update the script, I pm the people who accused of welching, I search the topics from welchers that previous list runners never kept track of, I tally all the votes and run the meetings. So yes there are a lot of I's in there, but I only have 1 vote just like everyone else when it comes to anything about the list.
Edit, Oh ya and I take all the shit about the list even though I'm basically a glorified secretary for it.

More like people stop caring because it's hard to get on these days... that's different from not caring about it. To those who don't care --- they should have no rights to accuse someone of welching, they bet their way on their own rules but that's whole new story for another thread.

Well lets see, I have been list runner since 2012 had the opportunity to steal 10 times more than the eniac scam ever thought of (mainly due to biiceps using me as a med) and then when the guy who "shadily" promoted me to trusted after a season of being active retires a season later I did assume a position of power and turned it into the voting system we have now essentially stripping all the power from one person and putting it in the hands of all the trusted members for multiple reasons. One being the nomination and promoting process so lesser known bettors could have a better shot at being recognized by more people than just the list runner. Another being voting on rules and tags and being transparent about reasons why we are voting how we are in the trusted topic, and making them be accountable for their votes. so yeah, watch out for me.
