I only lift 145 right now, but that's more than my weight. (I'm doing more conventional building right now, trying like a farmboy method.. but still doing gym shit too)
I'm a hard gainer, so when I went on vacation recently, and got this fucking girl ruining my life still, I havent been as active, so I've dropped about 10 lbs.
