Harden is not an MVP anymore, who actually thought he was? This is Embiids team, and it's not even a question lol. Harden is the PG and facilitator as I've been saying all season, and he's valuable for that. His scoring needs to improve but he doesn't need to drop 30+ a night anymore that's crazy talk.

Heat game planned for him and with no Embiid they had two guys in his face most of the night, or shading over consistently with a zone defense. Game 1 he saw 12 of his 13 FGa were contested and this one wasn't much different. The Heat are giving him no room to breath and clogging the lane to stop any drives. Great defensive game plan when the sixers are missing the most dominant player in the league.

Maxey is a bonifide star in the making though. Kid is so damn good.

We are disappointed in his scoring, he clearly is not as explosive as he was last year before the hamstring injury. But nobody thought we were getting a 30+ ppg MVP player, at least nobody that watches basketball.

You guys thought he would come and take all the shots and be a ball hog. He has been the complete opposite of that, hasn't even had a single game with the Sixers where he's taken 20 shot attempts but he is averaging 10 assists per game in a 76ers uniform 🤷‍♂️
