found a 260 cp pinsir at the park right before i got out to play some basketball
highest i found, all others high been 80 or below, guess you need to be near high visitor areas to get the higher chars

I've noticed that the higher level I get, the higher the overall CP of the Pokémon. Possible correlation.

The higher your lvl are, the higher CP you CAN catch. I'm 16, still find some shit 10 CP sometimes, but I also find Drowzee at 400 CP. I find Pidgeys at 275 CP.
