hes developing his own shot and looking confident.

considering all his reps have been 'garbage mins' with all the bench, if he got a majority of mins with any 2 of the big 4, he could be really effective.
AND he hustles back on D which is huge for us... lol

Exactly. He's one of the few guys that can cut down on the billion transition points we give up per game. And he can shift down to the 3 at anytime and we won't lose too much defensively with Ron on the bench. His length also allows us to use Jamison at the 4.

Is it just me or has Nash been subpar so far?

He hasn't run too many pick&rolls, which is the bread and butter of his game. The entire preseason has been emphasized on the Princeton offense, as it should. I'm sure they'll let Nash run the pick&roll more freely once everyone is familiarized with themselves.

our bench isnt as bad as everyone makes it out to be. theres no stand out studs, but some blue collar players who have been in the league a while

tawn is kind of a question mark to me.. i love it when he drives and makes those unorthodox plays, but too often over the last few years he sits beyond the arc and jacks it up.
his shot selection is more questionable than kobe's to me lol...
hes a decent hustler though still, better than kobe probably in that aspect

/nash jus playing possum, sitting in the shade for now. wait til these guys learn one another's tendencies like the back of their hand

Yeah, Nash is the guy I'm least worried about lol. The large amount of turnovers is almost entirely due to mistiming and forcing the plays the coaching staff has asked them to practice in the pre-season.

I'm worried about just about everything.
Lakers starting five got ONE game together out of 7.

The Los Angeles Lakers finished the preseason with an 0-8 record, dropping a 94-82 decision to the Kings on Thursday.
“Sure I’d like to get better yesterday as opposed to tomorrow or the next day or the week from now,” said Mike Brown. “Having said that I know it’s going to take some time. Despite our record, I think we are a little ahead of schedule, especially with the injuries.”
The Lakers continue to turn the ball over too frequently, give up points in transition and also allow too many second chance opportunities.
“We just have to keep trying to find ourselves offensively,” Steve Nash said. “Defensively, we’re decent, but we need more control offensively. This is going to be a process. It’s going to take us a while.”

Down with Mike Brown, I never understood the hire. Rick Adelmen, Jerry Sloan all wouldve been a better fit.
