Lol based on what? A few bad games against Boston? As if he didn't have three straight games of dropping 30+/13+ against them too.

Majority of the time in the playoffs he's shitting on his opponent if he's not having the entire defense trap him like the Nets did. Hard to win like that when the other big name on your team isn't doing anything though (they crushed the Nets because everyone else was left open ofc).

Same shit as every other year under Doc though. No creativity in the offense, no off ball movement. Predictable offense in the playoffs that makes it easy for defenses to just swarm Embiid. That isn't the same with Nick Nurse, he's an entirely different coach.

He was terrible agnst Miami too?
He came back last year with a 1-0 lead and ended up playing like garbage in the elimination games.
He had decent series agnst atl like would you not expect him to dominate agnst fufking ATL

These 2 seasons were his "Mvp, NBA SCORING leader" seasons

Who carries? Tell me. Name a player that carries. It's a team game, no one superstar is carrying these days.

We watched the Nuggets win it all last season with Jamal Murray putting on an absolute clinic and one of the best postseason runs in recent memory. As we all know, Jokic never gets outta the 2nd round without him.

Luka carried the Mavs past the Suns and the Clippers IMO

He was terrible against Miami!?!?! Bruh...he played against Miami with a broken face AND hand lol. When most guys would have been out for the remainder of the playoffs, he came back to help his team with a mask and all. 76ers were down 0-2 in the series without him and he came back and they won two straight and tied the series up. If you didn't watch that series just say so, but nobody would call him terrible 🤣

"Decent series against Atl" as he averaged 30/13/4 while being triple teamed the entire series trying to carry as Ben Simmons literally quit on his team and wouldn't even look at the rim lmao.

Among starting units with at least 200 minutes played this season, the Sixers' lineup of Maxey, De'Anthony Melton, Tobias Harris, Nic Batum, and Embiid has the best Net rating (+34.0). The next closest is the Denver Nuggets, who have a net rating of +20.8.

Many factors have led to this success, but fit stands out the most. This five-man unit has done so well for the Sixers because of how they gel on both ends of the floor. Melton, Harris, and Batum are all positive defenders and are capable of spacing the floor. This has opened things up for Embiid and Maxey to attack opposing defenses.

Looking at this year's starting lineup, upgrading at power forward has been huge for the Sixers. Replacing P.J. Tucker with Batum has done wonders on both ends. The veteran forward can still hold his own defensively and is knocking down close to 47% of his threes. Also, his entry passing to Embiid has made him a huge complement to the reigning MVP.

Down 3 on the final possession and Pop has Tre Jones, a 22% 3 pt shooter spotting up in the corner 🤔

Just retire man

Good pass by Wemby though. Hit the open man.

I dont think the spurs initial play was to shoot a three there. Probably looking for a quick two, and Tre Jones had a good game.
