I believe those 4 teams can all beat each other,
We clearly aren't hungry game by game like those other teams
That's why we these AWFUL up and downtrends continue

Playoffs whole different ballgame though ^^ once playoffs start, effort these boys are lacking won't be an issue at all, finally

I am concerned about Rozier though. Somehow managed 9 shots in 15 min against the Bulls

i'm not concerned about any 1 player really just concerned about team effort and we need to stop playing down to our competition or we could be a 5 seed if the Pacers keep winning.

side note - i'm hoping anthony davis plays at least 25 minutes tonight 🤞 lol.

Pacers could very well keep winning, their schedule isn't particularly hard and they play as a team. they haven't seemed to skip a beat since Oladipo went down

if Boston goes to the Finals with a road map of @ Philly, @ Milwaukee, @ Toronto that would be the most impressive Eastern run that I've ever witnessed

I'm truly perplexed how you are so confident that by the snap of a finger the Celtics are going to magically become this team that hustles and plays together, all the power to you but there is a lot to be said on chemistry and sustainability going into the playoffs. history speaks for itself in that regard

different sport but the Patriots didn't get their groove until about week 15 give or take out of a 17 week NFL season. the NBA equivalent of that would be like Mid-March for the Celtics to find their groove. (yes you can't compare the 2 sports but i'm just trying to make a point).

I do lol
And it's not a snap of the finger or anything....I have seen it on plenty of nights...and then we see the Bulls(watching atm)/Knicks/Magic/Suns/Lakers/Clippers game etc...
It's just part of the 82 game soap opera...

Fact that you're saying get rid of Hayward when he all in on totally sacrificing his game for the rest of the team**...he is one of the few that has bought in, lmao

Marcus Morris and Marcus Smart chuck the ball as soon as they touch it
Terry Rozier comes in and plays for his 2019 paycheck
Brown literally doesn't pass the ball, but at least he has improved every game

Hayward was an issue early, he isn't anymore and we are desperate for his playmaking

the Patriots didn't have identity or chemistry concerns either. we knew exactly who they were going into the playoffs. BB is maybe the GOAT coach, that's the reason. Stevens is great in his own right but that simply is not as big of a difference maker as BB is in the NFL (his mind has impacted the state of that roster over many years)

Hayward's attitude isn't the issue, its the fact that there are minutes being invested into him that perhaps others are more worthy of for the sake of efficiency and development.

Back to back finals semifinals with the rosters he had...IT LOL....difference maker to me
Not even close to BB, as maybe only Pop is, but still massive impact

How about cutting Smarts minutes for Brown
Cut Morris minutes

That's where it starts. Not Haywards 25 lol

you're missing my point lol - point is there is still plenty of time left (22 games left I think?) to find our identity.

Patriots did have chemistry issues basically all year until the last 2 games, specifically on offense (our best WR at one point was a drug addict lol). No identity crisis though really.

well you beat who is put in front of you, all of the top competition in the East has a passable or great coach in their own right. Nurse and Bud are both arguable for top 5

"with the rosters he had" those Celtics teams were loaded with talent thanks to the Nets. don't act like he spun shit into gold now
