Herro was way overrated by their management, should've sold high especially when an MVP caliber trade option became available AND the owner making the deal wanted to spite your rival (76ers)

Oh, the fucking irony. So NOW it's okay to just make an impact defensively, but still hurt your team badly on offense? Copy. 26 points on 29 shots is not good man, especially from the b2b league MVP. Want to talk about cringe, it was Giannis in game 1 he was missing buckets and free throws like crazy down the stretch. This is supposed to be your best player. He's the reigning back to back NBA MVP and EVERYONE saw how unreliable he was in game 1.

Just thought it was hilarious because you've been the one saying how the Sixers are sooo doomed because Simmons can't shoot and blah blah blah, but that's literally THE biggest issue of your best player and leading scorer. The man shot 0-FOR-17 outside of the restricted area!!! The Sixers don't rely on Simmons to score 20+ every game, while your Bucks rely on Giannis to be their leading scorer and go-to guy. Giannis has a huge flaw in his game too and the Bucks go where he goes, so if he struggles they struggle.

Giannis on Butler makes sense, they should have done that last year in the playoffs. Although Jimmy had a LOT of good looks and just flat out missed, even without a defender anywhere near him. He shot terrible, and we shouldn't expect him to be that bad again.

Giannis as a perimeter defender in iso situations though....lol, nice job getting blown past on the game tying layup from Butler.

Giannis Antetokounmpo recorded his 5th career playoff game with 30 points, 10 rebounds and five assists in 35 minutes or less. The only other player with more than one such game all-time is LeBron James (2 games)

but go ahead lets talk about Simmons and his 5 point game

I understand that rebounding, assists, defense, and intangibles are valuable to every team but Simmons has MUCH higher expectations as a #1 overall pick and analysts claiming he will be a HOF/MVP caliber player

deferring to your teammates doing all the scoring works against shitty teams like the Wizards, but Simmons will be exposed as not enough when they have to eventually face a real team

Bam passing up wide open elbow jumpers like he's Draymond

Bam looks absolutely terrible, like beyond anything we could have imagined. He has absolutely no confidence anymore and is getting bullied and playing small.

It's hilarious that last year people actually tried to argue with me and say he was better than Embiid.

Oh cool, Giannis finally showed up and played like he's supposed to play as the best player on his team in the FIRST round on his home court? Congratulations lol. He still can't shoot worth a damn, what was he 1-for-7 from 3pt last night after going 0-for-3 (and 0-for-17 outside of the restricted area) the night before? The defense plays off him and he still misses...he should get the point and just stop shooting them lol

And idk why you keep talking about Simmons, he's our #3 scorer and the Sixers blue print doesn't revolve around him scoring 20 a game. They don't need him to score 20+ a game to win it all, i don't know why you don't understand that. He literally creates more threes for his teammates than ANYONE else in the NBA by far. Our Giannis (aka our top player) is Embiid, except he can actually shoot from outside of the restricted area and he can shoot free throws at a really high clip unlike Giannis. Do we want to see aggressive Simmons? Absolutely. Is he capable of scoring 20+ on any given night? Absolutely. Do we want to see him forcing it and putting up 20 field goal attempts? No, because he doesn't need to do that to heavily impact a game and he's a pass first creator who makes life easy for the shooters around him.

The current roster is EASILY the best built around Simmons for his playing style thus far in his career as he has THREE 40%+ 3pt shooters in the starting lineup alone which is something he never had before. The Sixers have better spacing than ever before, and Morey hasn't even had his first full off-season yet to continue to improve it. I'm okay with Simmons not scoring a ton as long as he's creating for others, but when they need buckets and the threes aren't falling for the shooters he has to step up there's no denying that.

I look forward to a Sixers vs Bucks ECF's matchup. Handle business with the Nets in the next round ^_^

On a side note, watching Jimmy Butler's inability to make (or even attempt) threes just further proves my point that he wasn't really that good of a fit on the Sixers. Him next to Embiid and Simmons just wasn't ideal at all even though they were good with a lot of star power, it just wasn't enough spacing.

Also, Butler is starting to disrupt the Heat internally. Apparently already getting into it with coaches, just as expected now that the honeymoon phase is over as usual
