During segregation the police enforcement & mass incarceration did not happen like the crack epidemic in the 80s caused huge amounts of black males to be imprisoned by a justice system that was implementing some of the harshest sentences and police departments racially profiling at levels never before seen.. You see how the 80s were a much different form of oppression than what segregation did, another atrocious form of oppression done against black people lol..
