Having watching Meyers Leonard for the majority of his career due to being in Portland for most of it.
I can honestly say I'm not surprised he said something like this. Not because he's hateful. But because he's literally a giant ignorant goofball.

I usually hate cancel culture, but the way he said it sounded too calculated for him to justify it to the media

A lot of people say random derogatory/racist insults when they're mad, and that could be the case for him, but as a famous person to say it live on stream, you dug yourself a hole too deep. I still think he's not an anti-semite though.

I'm a religious jew myself, but I'm not offended that much. In my opinion, it's just a leftist thing nowadays, to be trigger-happy canceling people, and it's annoying as heck.
