even tho you were on here saying that Middleton didn't deserve his All-Star nods in 2019 or 2020, now suddenly he is this amazing player when the narrative is convenient for you? Middleton is a very average running mate. almost every real contender has a better running mate both now and historically

Jrue was horrendous against the Heat. Butler completely demoralized him and he could not help himself from forcing the matchup which hurt his team over the series

Jrue was key in beating Atlanta which is matchup dependent, otherwise Jrue has consistently underperformed in the playoffs. look at his shooting splits, every single metric is below his regular season numbers. he crumbles in the PO

even Eric Bledsoe had a better TS% during the Raps collapse than Jrue this season against the Heat...

Bro....I KNOW you are not going to sit here and call Middleton's playoff run during the Bucks championship "average"

Just stop. We all remember the legendary clutch run he had to win that Championship. Man averaged 24 PPG in the playoffs (and in the finals including a 40 piece) and hit big shot, after big shot, and closed games for the Bucks. He was HIM in those playoffs.

Giannis isn't a closer, he needs that type of player. Middleton isn't it anymore now, but he certainly was during that run.

You're delusional lol...

That man took over game after game in the clutch and played like a damn superstar during their championship playoff run.

You'll do anything but blame Giannis for something 🤣

“Michael Jordan played 15 years, won 6 championships. The other 9 years were a failure?"

-Giannis' passionate response to if he considers the Bucks' season a failure

-Me yea bucks blew it. Can't be losing to an 8th seed while being #1 in the east and also runner up for MVP. Soft response from giannis. MJ/Kobe wouldve said it was a failure.

Giannis giving major Paul George vibes, basically admitting he's not the alpha.

I said Middleton is an average running mate on a Championship caliber team. What Championship teams in recent history are you taking Middleton ahead of instead of the running mate that helped the team win? by my count in the last 15 years there are 9 years where there was clearly a more talented running mate

Golden State 2022 - go Middleton here
Lakers 2020 - AD or LeBron? Middleton worse
Toronto 2019 - Lowry/Spicy P? prolly go Middleton here
Golden State 2018 - KD/Curry? Middleton worse
Golden State 2017 - KD/Curry? Middleton worse
Cleveland 2016 - Kyrie? Middleton worse (talent wise, better intangibles like not being a bozo flat earther)
Golden State 2015 - Klay? Middleton worse
San Antonio 2014 - Kawhi/Parker/Duncan? maybe Middleton
Miami 2013 - Wade? Middleton worse
Miami 2012 - Wade? Middleton worse
Dallas Mavericks 2011 - go Middleton here
Lakers 2010 - Gasol? Middleton worse
Lakers 2009 - Gasol? Middleton worse
Celtics 2008 - PP/Allen/KG? Middleton worse
San Antonio 2007 - Parker? about a tie

Ya just like how Sixers gives Embiid full responsibility for a half decade of 2nd round exits

Sixers doesnt blame Simmons, Harris, Horford, Kyrie, Richardson, Thybulle, Connaughton, Fultz, Korkmaz, Mcconnell, Redick, Shamet

Jimmy Butler, Covington, Trey Burke, Alex Burks, Glenn Robinson 3, Milton, Seth Curry, Dwight Howard, Danny GReen, George Hill, WCS,

Nope. Sixers never ever blamed any of those guys. He put all the responsibility on Embiid

Right?
